Welcome to my Blog Gulrab !

The culinary products are expected to aim at the preparations of eatables impregnated with the art and science of dietetics. Instead of pacifying taste buds only, a thought envisaging health welfare need to be addressed. The modern era with the advancement of knowledge can cater the desired objectives. Health consciousness is at the helm of affairs even though the marketed or home prepared food preparations are falling short of the expected nicety.

          The art and science of food technology is age old and dietic culture is enriched in every generation. People welcome or cherish newer eatable versions, however they unknowingly neglect super valuable basic old food preparations. Now the time demands of further research in depth of raising food products/ preparations at home and market level to infuse social health welfare.

          An attempt therefore is made for rejuvenescence of forgotten, eclipsed home food preparations and welcome of newer cuisines.
